Emotional Integration

Emotional Integration incorporates two modalities: Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Integrated Energy Therapy (IET). EFT calls on hemisphere balancing and acupoint (Oriental meridians) methodology -- as in NAET*, for example -- to help re-integrate the body-mind so you can effectively and gracefully move past:

addictions and cravings
unfounded fears
recurring nightmares and post-traumatic stress events (PTSS)
annoying and self-defeating habits and patterns
depression, including post-partum syndrome
learning disabilities
negative or draining attitudes and emotions
blocks to abundance/prosperity consciousness/financial wealth
stubborn physical conditions that resist healing.

It takes about a half hour to complete EFT. You basically are repeating certain select phrases or ideas while feeling a tapping of acupoints on various parts of the face, neck and hands.

IET addresses specific emotions and the organs or glands they reside in to alleviate the burden of such feelings as guilt, confusion, fear, powerlessness, grief, etc. An entire IET rundown takes about an hour, but specific emotions can be selected to work on. During this therapy, you are lying quietly on a table while you feel your therapist's hands pressing lightly against various body parts.
