This guided imagery meditation helps boost your energy level when there's more day left than energy. It takes about 5-1/2 minutes.

1. This audio is best heard with you SITTING.

2. Drink some WATER to better conduct the electrical suggestions.

3. Take off your shoes and watch, loosen the belt or tie or anything that binds.

4. The more you allow yourself to get into the imagery, the better your results will be.
