Fibromyalgia - not your fault



One of the major contributors to fibromyalgia is aspartame - the fake sugar substitute that's added to our soft drinks and many of our foods as a "diet" supplement.

Aspartame - also part of other sweeteners, like high fructose corn syrup and those other sugar substitutes, including the ones in pink and blue packages - does some very harmful things in the body:
  • It breaks down into formaldehyde (the stuff they preserve dead bodies with).
  • It settles in the joints and causes intense pain.
  • It destroys organ tissue very slowly over time.



So no wonder it hurts.

Try avoiding any food or drink that has this additive. Start reading the labels and don't eat or drink anything with a sugar substitute or artificial sweetener in it.

See how good you start feeling as the days and weeks go by.

The "good" sweeteners are agave, xylitol (the best), and stevia.

How did this poisonous stuff get into our food?

Well, it didn't even go through FDA approval (not that that means that much any more, with the FDA being run by past CEOs and Presidents of chemical companies), for one. A lot of $$$ must have crossed palms for this to happen, and a ton of $$$ has been made putting it into everything that needs sweetening, under the misleading header of "diet"....

So, stop dieting and start getting healthy. This means
  • Filtered or fresh water
  • Fresh foods, fruits, and vegetables
  • Less corn and wheat products (these have been so tampered with genetically that I wonder if the body even rexcognizes them as food - no wonder these are so high on the food allergy list!)
  • Get out and move your body - walk in nature whenever possible



Fibromyalgia is not your fault. But now that you know one of the most likely sources of it, you can easily do something about it.
