Guided Imagery Meditation for Grounding
     
 

This guided imagery meditation helps you feel more centered and grounded, on those days when you feel spaced out, disconnected, and the speed of life threatens to spin you out of control. It takes about 6-1/2 minutes.

1. This audio is best heard with you STANDING.

2. Drink some WATER to better conduct the electrical suggestions.

3. Take off your shoes and watch, loosen the belt or tie or anything that binds.

4. The more you allow yourself to get into the imagery, the better your results will be.
