Guided Imagery Meditation for Jet Lag
     
 

This guided imagery meditation helps lessen the disorienting effects of jet lag and long-distance travel across time zones. It takes about 5 minutes.

Listen to it once for every two-three hours of flight time, and twice a day when you're on the road driving all day. (But NOT while driving!! Listen when you pull over for a break!)

1. This audio is best heard with you SITTING.

2. Drink some WATER to better conduct the electrical suggestions.

3. Take off your shoes and watch, loosen the belt or tie or anything that binds.

4. The more you allow yourself to get into the imagery, the better your results will be.
