This guided imagery meditation helps get you back on track on those days when you've felt "out of it" since you woke up and need to get back in focus. It takes about 5 minutes.
1. This audio is best heard with you LYING DOWN in the same position you were in when you woke up.
2. Drink some WATER to better conduct the electrical suggestions.
3. Take off your shoes and watch, loosen the belt or tie or anything that binds.
4. The more you allow yourself to get into the imagery, the better your results will be.
