This guided imagery meditation helps you help someone else who you see is having a bad day. It's like being an undercover angel, since you can do it without telling anyone, just doing a good deed for someone else. It takes about 5 minutes.
1. This audio is best heard with you SITTING.
2. Drink some WATER to better conduct the electrical suggestions.
3. Take off your shoes and watch, loosen the belt or tie or anything that binds.
