Preventing Breast -- or any other -- Cancer on the Spiritual Level The spiritual level is perhaps the most difficult to discuss, simply because we all have different individual interpretations of what "spiritual" means. Generally, I take it to mean two kinds of karma, or the Law of Cause and Effect. Without getting into the concept of reincarnation, let's just say that it may be karmic when an otherwise healthy person gets cancer. Karmically, it may be time for that person to pay for some deed done at some time. Or perhaps the person on the soul level might be choosing to demonstrate healing, like the blind man in the Gospels. For this kind of karma, there is no prevention. But the experience can be lightened (whether in duration or severity) by an individual taking stock of past mistakes and regretting whatever actions may have caused such a reaction. This atonement is a kind of healing and purification in and of itself. It lightens the load on the physical body and may lead to healing on its own. The other kind of "karma" is ancestry or the family history of breast and other kinds of cancer. I list this under karma because of my belief that, on a soul level, we are attracted to our family soul groupings and then are born into them. So then we may acquire the genetic predisposition for more frequent cell mutations. We take on all the characteristics of that soul lineage for a variety of reasons too numerous to outline here. Having a good relationship with God, Life, Allah, Jehovah, by whatever Name you use, is probably the best spiritual prevention you can have.
