Your Therapist Cheryl Salerno, Certified Quantum-Touch Practitioner, Metaphysician and Minister, is your holistic therapist and consultant. Cheryl's interest in holistic health principles began in 1978 with the Edgar Cayce ("The Father of Holistic Health") physical readings. From then through the 1980s, she was led to study various energy healing modalities, including the works of Etel deLoatch, psychic surgeon; Mietek Wierkus, bioenergeticist; Beautiful Painted Arrow (Joseph Rael), Southern Ute medicine man; and Mexican shaman Hector Kuri, among others. Through the years, Cheryl began to evolve her own relationship to healing or Life Energies. From 1986-2006, she worked as a Certified Massage Therapist in holistic chiropractic clinics and in her own business. There, a trusting and supportive clientele helped her explore her healing potential and evolve what is now the QuantumPlus technique. In 2004, she became a Certified Quantum-Touch Practitioner. Cheryl's interest in aromatherapy and essential oils led her to incorporate Young Living's Raindrop Technique into her energy work in the 1990s and eventually expand it into the current Spinal Rejuvenation protocol. Certification as a BioHarmonics Practitioner in 1995 fulfilled an interest in how sound frequencies affect brain-wave function and hence our physical, mental and emotional states. Studying the art of feng shui, beginning in 1993, showed her that outer as well as inner space is affected by energies of varying wavelengths in color and spacial arrangement. Cheryl's metaphysical studies began in 1966, when she was given a copy of the I Ching by one of her Latin professors. In the mid-'70s, she began studying astrology, tarot and numerology. These systems deepened her interest in psychology and energy, and MARI Card and Mandala Assessment courses further demonstrated the interrelationship of energy systems, as does her current study of the Human Design System and the Gene Keys Synthesis. Cheryl is also a freelance writer and editor, having published articles on holistic health and spirituality and given lectures and seminars in Virginia and New Jersey on feng shui, energy healing and her Spinal Rejuvenation adaptation of Gary Young's Raindrop Technique.
