;void(0)) Cheryl Salerno, Certified Quantum-Touch Practitioner, Metaphysician and Minister, is your holistic therapist and consultant. Cheryl's interest in holistic health principles began in 1978 with the Edgar Cayce readings ("The Father of Holistic Health"). From then through the 1980s, she was led to study various energy healing and shamanistic modalities, including the works of Etel deLoatch, psychic surgeon; Mietek Wierkus, bioenergeticist; Beautiful Painted Arrow (Joseph Rael), Southern Ute medicine man; and Hector Kuri, Mexican shaman, among others. Through the years, Cheryl began to evolve her own relationship to healing or Life Energies. From 1986-2006, she worked as a Certified Massage Therapist in holistic chiropractic clinics and in her own business. There, a trusting and supportive clientele helped her explore energy healing. In 2004, she became a Certified Quantum-Touch Practitioner. Her minister's license is through Universal Life Church. In January 2009, Cheryl began working with the Trinfinity8 Rejuvenation and Restoration System, an algorithmic DNA revitalizer that enhances body, mind and spirit.   Cheryl's interest in aromatherapy and essential oils led her to incorporate Young Living's Raindrop Technique into her energy work in the 1990s. Certification as a BioHarmonics Practitioner in 1995 fulfilled an interest in how sound frequencies affect brain-wave function and hence our physical, mental and emotional states. Studying the art of feng shui, beginning in 1993, showed her that outer as well as inner space is affected by energies of varying wavelengths in color and spacial arrangement. One of the high points in her metaphysical background centered on her role as conductor for a popular Virginia Beach trance psychic in 1983-84. Attunement to other levels of thought and information have contributed to her sensitivity in holistic counseling and helping individuals with a variety of requests. Cheryl's metaphysical studies blossomed when one of her Latin professors gave her a copy of the I Ching. In the mid-'70s, she began studying astrology, tarot and numerology. These systems deepened her interest in psychology and energy. MARI Card and Mandala Assessment courses further demonstrated the interrelationship of human energy systems, as does her current study of the Human Design System and the Gene Keys Synthesis. Cheryl is a freelance writer and editor, having published articles on holistic health and spirituality and given lectures and seminars in Virginia and New Jersey on feng shui, energy healing and her adaptation of the Raindrop Technique.
